Xiaomi is launching a series of smartphones in India. Now, the Xiaomi Redmi 6, Redmi 6A, and Redmi Pro have their official dates of the announcement in India on September 5. Besides that, all three smartphones are already available in China, since June. Now, we’ve got an official teaser on Twitter, confirming the release date of the handset. The company has also sent the official press invites to release the handset in India.

Above is the official tweet from Xiaomi’s Managing Director for India, Manu Kumar Jain. The specifications of all three handsets will remain the same, so the company is not creating hypes regarding anything.
The Xiaomi Redmi 6, Redmi 6A, and Redmi 6 Pro are all dual sim smartphone. The entry-level Xiaomi Redmi 6 has a 5.45-inch IPS LCD of 720x1440px resolution. Under the hood, we’ve got an Helio P22 chipset with 4GB of RAM. For Optics the handset features a dual 12MP f/2.2 + 5MP f/2.2 camera. The Redmi 6A, on the other hand, is a cheaper variant with a 5.45-inch 1440p IPS LCD, Helio A22 chipset with 3GB of RAM and a 13MP f/2.2 main camera. The Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro will be similar to the MI A2 Lite with MIUI skin on top of Android 8.0 Oreo. The handset has a 5.84-inch 1080x2280px IPS LCD, a Snapdragon 625 with 4GB of RAM and a 12MP f/2.2 + 5MP f/2.2 main camera.
