Xiaomi Pocophone f1 is just a two months old smartphone from Xiaomi. While there is a lot in this is the handset that impresses us already, we are even more impressed by early Android Pie support on the handset. The handset presently runs on MIUI 9.6 for Poco out of the box. The Android pie on the Pocophone is still in beta. But, Xiaomi is rolling out the MIUI 10 on the Pocophone f1.

The MIUI 10 on the Pocophone comes in the form of an OTA, and it weighs 592 MB. For the changes, now the October security patched available on the handset. Rest, we’ve got “all-new full-screen gestures”, which remove the need of software buttons on the bottom. We assume that the company will also bring the pinch-to-zoom gesture to the whole screen, including the space around the notch.

Other features on the MIUI 10 includes smart filters, and ambient notification sounds like the forest, the beach, a stove fire, etc. The all-new notification panel, better multitasking, and redesigned volume sliders make this a wordy update on the Pocophone f1.
