Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 is not so far away from the official announcement. It will be a part of the next wave of slider smartphones with almost no bezels around the display. Now today, we’ve got new leaks that suggest a dedicated AI button on the side of the smartphone. Xiaomi call’s this service as Xio AI.
Well, Xiaomi is not the first one in business to deploy the similar technology. LG has done it with Google Assistant and Samsung has its own Bixby Button, while Google and HTC rely on squeeze gestures.
Xiao AI is not new for the Mi Mix 3, as the software comes pre-loaded with the Mi Mix 2S. The Xiao AI is now widely popular in China but has not yet arrived outside of Xiomi’s domestic market. Now, the Mi Mix 3 will allow you to open Xiao AI through a dedicated AI button. Further, the MIUI will allow their users to remap the double press action of the key.
