Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 is already available in China, and now the handset will arrive in Europe in 2019. Today, Lin Bin, co-founder and president of Xiaomi, made a post on Weibo. The post reveals a Mi Mix 3 reaching 5G speeds in a controlled environment. The progress makes us believe that Mix 3 will arrive in Europe with 5G speeds in the Q1 of 2019.
The images clearly show the 5G logo in the upper right corner of the handset. Also, next to the clock we see an Android Pie logo. Well, the Android Pie logo seems to be a part of an update as the Mix 3 already ships with the latest OS out of the box.
It seems like Xiaomi wants to say that they are keeping on their early promises. We believe that if the company manages to bring 5G support to Mi Mix 3 in early 2019, it will be a clear win over Samsung, OnePlus, and Huawei.
