Today, the Xiaomi Mi 9 hands-on photos appear right after the CEO of the company sends the official media invites of the phone. The photographs show the phone with and without the company’s privacy casing. Even more, it reveals the triple cameras on the rear. The shiny glass back shows gradients of colors, and the phone looks elegant from its first looks.
Xiaomi is finally dropping on its 3D facial scanning feature on flagship phones. Instead, the company wants you to enjoy more screen with a teardrop display. The bezels are minimal from the three sides. The bottom chin is still chunky, and measures almost the same as the Galaxy S10e.
The leaks also suggest that the camera on the rear of the Mi 9 will be the 48 MP + 13 MP + 16 MP sensors. The Mi 9 will come with a dedicated Xiao AI button the left-hand side, and the fingerprint reader will rest beneath the display.
