Microsoft announces Windows 10 October 2018 update with major upgrades


Microsoft announces today the new update to the Windows 10. The Windows 10 October 2018 update is available immediately and compliments Microsoft’s hardware unveiling. Now, this is a six-month major upgrade that follows the November Update, Anniversary Update, Creators Update, Fall Creators Update, and the April 2018 Update.

Further, there are a bunch of new features that come along with this new update. These features include the dark theme for file explorer a cloud-powered clipboard, and new web sign-in and fast sign-in.

Well, now you can have a better synchronization between your PC and mobile. Now, this comes to the Phone app that allows you to text on your android phone using your computer. And, you can even see the photos you took with your phone on your PC. The new Microsoft launcher on your Android phone now allows you to keep track of what you’re working on. These things will get updated on Timeline of your Microsoft launcher. Microsoft will soon add the Timeline extension to the Chrome and Firefox on PCs. On iOS, Your Phone will only let you send web pages you’re viewing in Edge on your PC.

Now the Edge browser has also seen major improvements as it adds a lot more tools. So now you have an offline dictionary, grammar tools, and learning tools in its reading view, and Line Focus feature. Further, there is a new Windows Mixed Reality flashlight feature built in too, and improved AI inking and 3D features for office.
