Vivo X21s is official in China, and it’s just a rebranded version of the vivo V11 or the better-known vivo V11 Pro in India. The vivo V11 and the vivo X21s shares the same specifications, design, and also the UD fingerprint scanner. Also, the handset is available in Starry Night and Millenium Powder, which is a gradient between gold, pink and aqua blue with chequered texture.
The vivo X21s is a dual sim smartphone. It powers a large 6.41-inch 1080x2340px Super AMOLED display with a 19:9 aspect ratio. That means it comes with a water drop notch display with Gorilla Glass 5 Protection on top of it. Under the hood, we’ve got an Octa-core CPU powered by Qualcomm. This CPU is none other than the old Snapdragon 660, coupled with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage.
Like other Android smartphones in China, the Vivo X21s lacks the support of Google services. The handset runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with FunTouch OS 4.5 on top of it. Rest, there exists a large 3,400 mAh battery, along with 18W fast charging, along with outdated micro USB port.
The vivo X21s sets you back at CNY2,498 ($360/€320), and it is now available to purchase through Vivo’s website and offline retailers in China. The company is offering a free smart band as a gift for the first 300 customers. For now, only the Starry Night version is the only available option, with the pink version yet to appear.
