Sony Xperia L3 appears in renders - Company's Entry Level Phone

Sony is prepping up for a bunch of smartphones in the year 2019. As we are heading towards the MWC 2019, we are getting leaks for the Xperia XZ4 and the XA3. The fresh leaks from Sony is an entry-level refreshment with the Xperia L3.

Interestingly, the renders are identical to the XA3 and XA3 Ultra from January. One can notice subtle differences like lack of CinemaWide display. Also, the 5.7-inches display on Xperia L3 will get HD resolution with 18:9 aspect ratio. The optics are decent with 13MP + 2MP cameras on the rear. The selfie shooter on the phone is an 8MP sensor without OIS.

The CPU on the phone is still a mystery to us, but the phone will get 2/32GB of internal configuration. The battery will be massive at 3,300mAh, but there is no mention of fast charging. Sadly, the Xperia L3 will run on Android 8.1 out of the box, with no words on Pie update. The features like NFC, 3.5mm headphone jack and USB-C are present.

Above all, one can clearly see the volume rocker, power key, and a dedicated fingerprint scanner on the right side of the Aluminum frame. The SIM/microSD card tray remains on the left-hand side.

Rumors suggest that the phone will make an appearance in Gold and Black colors. It may get a price tag of €199 and may get an official announcement at MWC.
