Samsung Galaxy Note9 is a beast when it comes to performance. While the smartphone carries one of the best cameras put on a smartphone, some of the units are facing freezing issues on the default camera app. Interestingly, the issue is affecting Note9 with Snapdragon 845 SoC inside, the ones with Exynos SoC are on a safer side. After acknowledging the real problem, Samsung is now working on an update to fix the problem ASAP.

The confirmation of the upcoming update comes from a moderator in the US forums. Well, we still don’t have the dates for the rollout. We expect a timely update as the issue seems to be widespread.
