Samsung Galaxy S10+ renders hit the internet along with a 5G model

Samsung Galaxy S10 development is ahead of its time. The company has already demoed a 5G-enabled prototype of the handset. We feel aghast with this early demo as we were expecting the 5G version of Galaxy S10 to debut, a month after the 4G version.

Also to our surprise, the handset looks like the Galaxy S9 – no notches, no display holes. The regular bezels are present on the handset, and nothing looks to be different from the standard Galaxy S9.

The things don’t stop here, we’ve got CAD-based renders of the Samsung Galaxy S10+, courtesy of @OnLeaks and 91Mobiles. The renders showcase the handset with Infinity display with holes in the screen. Also, there exist triple cameras stacked horizontally like the Galaxy Note9.

Interestingly, the screen measures at 6.4” and the lack of fingerprint on the back confirms one hiding underneath the display. We expect Samsung to bring Ultrasonic fingerprint reader on the Galaxy S10 series. Besides that, the handset measures 157.5 x 75.0 x 7.8mm and retains the 3.5mm jack and the bottom-firing speaker.

Additionally, a person did an early unboxing of a phone that alleges to be the Galaxy S10+. The smartphone boots up with a Galaxy S10+ logo and the front shows top and bottom bezels. You can watch the video from the Weibo link here.

According to the rumors, the Galaxy S10+ will cost around CNY 7,000 ($1000). What do you think? Let us know in the comment section below.
