-

The Samsung Galaxy S10 is the new marvel of modern technology. The industry-leading smartphone from Samsung has just got unveiled at Galaxy Unpacked 2019, and I assuredly feel positive about the Galaxy S10 lineup. Even though the event revealed the Galaxy Fold, Galaxy Watch Active, and Galaxy Buds as well, the Samsung Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10 Plus, Galaxy S10 Plus 5G and Galaxy S10e were the star of the show.

A new about the 2019 Galaxy S10 line up is the Dynamic AMOLED displays superseding the Super AMOLED panels. Even more, the displays on the Galaxy S10 lineup are the first HDR10+ compatible mobile displays. Even more, all three phones can record 4K video.

Interestingly, the cameras on the S10 lineup have the capability of capturing the HDR10+ footage. The company demonstrated a Super Steady digital stabilization, and it is simply amazing. All three Galaxy phones carry an Ultra-wide camera on its rear. Even more, the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy 10+ have got the world’s first ultrasonic fingerprint readers. The all-new fingerprint reader gets a node FIDO Alliance as it scans your finger in 3D, unlike the conventional optical sensors that take a 2G image.

Specification on the Galaxy S10e

Apart from the standard specifications on the Galaxy S10 Trio, there are some subtle differences. The Galaxy S10e is the entry-level variant of the phone, and it is a close competition to the iPhone XR. While talking about this phone, Samsung is right to say – Premium fun for everyone. The phone packs inside almost all the flagship specifications without compromising the quality and performance. Even more, you get all these features at less premium in comparison to the vanilla Galaxy S10 and the Galaxy S10+.

Speaking about the phone itself, it bears a 5.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED with HDR 10+ and a single punch hole selfie camera. Even more, the phone has got a dual camera layout on the rear. The phone does not get an in-display fingerprint reader like its bigger brothers. Instead, it gets a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, embedded into the power button.

The optics on S10e are decent, and the dual camera on the rear is the same as on the mightier sibling. Anyways, there exists a 12MP main cam and 16MP ultra-wide angle shooter on the phone. The Samsung Galaxy S10e carries a 10MP shooter on the front along with OIS, dual-pixel autofocus, and 4K video recording.

All three Galaxy Phones runs on SD855/Exynos 9820 SoC’s. Under the hood, the base model of S10e packs in 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage. Additionally, there is another variant with the 8GB/256GB option is also available.

The Galaxy 10e packs inside a 3,100 mAh of battery. The plus Wireless PowerShare on the S10e charges the phone quickly with fast wired and wireless charging, plus Wireless PowerShare.

Specification on the Galaxy S10

The Samsung Galaxy S10 is the vanilla variant of the Galaxy flagship. I can vividly see success in this smartphone. The phone is the correct mixture of flagship specifications and value for money. The Galaxy S10 supersedes the Galaxy S9 by retaining the curved AMOLED (Dynamic AMOLED), but this time the size has increased to 6.1″. Thanks to the end-to-end display on the phone that provides an unparalleled media consumption on the Dynamic AMOLED panel with a QHD+ resolution. The AMOLED screen carries a 10-bit color processing (HDR 10+) as well. A small hole in the Infinity-O display packs a 10MP shooter on the front along with OIS, dual-pixel autofocus, and 4K video recording.

The next big thing about the Galaxy S10 is its triple camera layout on the rear. The cameras are layout horizontally and introduce a wide-angle camera to the bunch. The primary camera on the S10 is a 12MP sensor (77°) and assists with Dual Pixel autofocus and optical stabilization. Like the 2018 Samsung flagships, the S10 maintains the variable aperture technology that can switch between f/1.5 and f/2.4. The secondary camera is a 12MP telephoto shooter (45°) with OIS and Phase Detection AF. Lastly, the third camera is an ultra-wide sensor with 123° FOV and fixed focus.

Along with SD855/Exynos 9820, the phone starts at 8/128GB of internal configuration. Like Note9 the storage is expandable on the S10 family with 512GB microSD cards (dual SIM models have a hybrid slot). The most expensive model of the S10 has 8 of RAM and 512GB storage. Also, the phone powers on via 3,400mAh battery with wireless power share.

Specification on the Galaxy S10 Plus

Now, this is the model that I was looking from the past few months, to buy for myself. The phone lives to its hype, and this is by far the best Galaxy Flagship that I have ever seen. The Galaxy S10+ packs a massive 6.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED panel with a QHD+ resolution. The image quality on display gets certification from VDE, and these are far most the best AMOLED panels in the market.

Like the Galaxy S10e and the S10, one can find a massive hole on the top right corner of the screen. Well, the dual punch hole packs a10MP 4K selfie camera along with a depth-sensing sensor with the assistance of a secondary 8MP selfie snapper. The triple camera on the rear is identical to the ones on the S10.

Under the hood, the phone gets an entry-level model with 8GB of RAM and 128GB storage. The most premium version of the phone packs 12GB of RAM and 1TB storage.

To keep the phone running throughout the day, it packs a 4,100mAh battery. Well, that’s even larger than the Galaxy Note9. Sadly, there are no improvements to be seen in the charging mechanism as it uses the same old 15W Adaptive Fast Charge. The Wireless charging on the phone gets an improvement, though. Now you can charge your all three Galaxy S10 flagship phones with Fast Wireless Charging 2.0 (Qi and PMA compatible).

The Wireless PowerShare feature exists on all three phones, and its an interesting way to charge your Samsung wearables. Even more, you can charge other phones that are Qi compatible.

There will be a special version of the Galaxy S10+ with a ceramic exterior in Black and White. Even more, all three phones carry an integration with Instagram in its camera UI.

Samsung Galaxy S10 Common Specs

The S10 bunch of flagships carries Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity along with LTE, NFC, and MST. Also, the new Wi-Fi 6 standard for up to 1.2Gbps local connections are the first on any phone in the world. Most importantly, the phone retains a 3.5mm headphone jack. All three phones are backed up with Knox security. Even more, the phones can survive water with its IP68 rating.

Anyways, you can pre-order your favorite of the Galaxy S10 family phone now. Certain markets will ship a free pair of Galaxy Buds with pre-orders on the Galaxy S10 or the S10+

All three Galaxy phones feature stereo speakers tuned by AKG and with Dolby Atmos support for a booming multimedia experience. Even more, the chipsets have got vapor chambers for persistent performance by cooling down the CPU. Also, the S10 phones feature optimizations for Unity-based games.

Specification on the Galaxy S10 5G

The S10 5G is the phone that the company will launch soon in select markets. The phone is essentially the same as the S10 Plus with minor improvements. The Dynamic AMOLED panel on the Galaxy S10 5G measures 6.7″ diagonally. Well, that’s the largest we have seen on a Galaxy device.

Rest, the difference comes to the battery of the phone as it now packs 4,500 mAh battery. It was an essential step due to power hungry 5G technology. Other than that, the phone has got six cameras in total. The dual front cameras remain to be the same, while the rear cameras have an additional 3D TOF camera. The camera UI of this phone will support 3D recognizing features as well.
