Samsung Galaxy Note9 is unquestionably the best smartphone Samsung has ever built. To make this beast even better, Samsung is pushing updates before the actual availability of the smartphones. So, for all those who are using the Snapdragon variant of the pre-release demo units can now enjoy a new software version. Accordingly, the North Americans are the first to receive this system update notification.
The OTA will take your device to a version number of N960FXXU1ARH5. The release notes include performance tweaks, general software stability, and bug fixes.
Besides that, now we have a toggle to switch between two different Super Slow-mo capture mode. You can now shoot in 960fps for 0.2s, or you can go for 0.4s of 480fps in manual mode. There is also a new auto mode that detects movement in a box and automatically triggers when to capture a Super Slow-mo shot.
