Realme’s skyrocketing sales are reflecting in the company’s revenue. While the Realme is just six months old, the company is now expanding itself to the fourth major market. The brand will soon hit the Asia-Pacific country. Besides that, we still don’t know that what devices will make an official appearance in the nation. We have high hopes to see the Realme U1 in the country, and these concerns are reasonable as the handset will see an official unveil a day ahead in India.
The Chief Operating Officer of Realme Philippines, Jacky Chen said, “We also aim to further push the growth of e-commerce in the Philippines through our product offerings and create the same effect we did in other South East Asian countries”. Well, here the company wants to attract the customers to the 11.11 sale at Lazada, the local go-to online retailer.
Interestingly, the second major step from the brand will arrive in form of a campaign to gather community. While Realme seems to follow the OnePlus strategy, they are naming their community as Realme Squad Members. Note that the members that get selected will be among the first to touch the new phones, to propose community activities and “to be the pioneer of the brand”, whatever that means.
