OnePlus 6T is nearing to us. And, we know that because of the various teasers that are coming from the company. Now, the resident software expert and user experience were interviewed. And, the revealed a couple of UI changes on the upcoming 6T.
Well, the big changes over here come in the terms of the UI of the OnePlus 6T. Further, OnePlus will be revamping the Oxygen OS, to make it fast, smooth, and burden-less without any gimmicks. So, in a way, this will be the most distinct and intuitive version of the OxygenOS yet.
Further, the first change will be seen in the home-baked navigation gesture system on the 6T. So, now you can swipe from the bottom of the screen towards the right to switch to the last used app. And, this feature was missings on the OnePlus 6.
Another feature, on the Oxygen OS, will come in the terms of activating the Google Assistant by long pressing the power button. And, holding the power button for long 0.5 seconds will activate the Google Assistant on your OnePlus 6T. Also, when you swipe up in an app, its window will follow your finger, which makes for a more natural experience. OnePlus has tested every swipe 1,000 times to ensure the motions to feel natural.
Lastly, OnePlus says that the cameras on the OnePlus 6T will be improved by huge margins. OnePlus, has put a lot of efforts in improving the quality of pictures that the smartphone can take. And, the whole focus is on the software rather than a hardware implementation on this smartphone. Also, there will be an advanced Do Not Disturb mode, AI learning and more coming up with the new OnePlus 6T.
