Well, the handset comes along an elegant looking 6.4” AMOLED screen with 1,080 x 2,340px resolution. Most importantly, the bottom bezel is even thinner now and, the 19:9 aspect ratio on this display now has a teardrop notch. Besides that, the optic AMOLED screen on the OnePlus 6T now has the Gorilla Glass 6. Also, it comes along with a Screen Unlock tech inside. OnePlus claims that with this technology you can unlock your smartphone in just 0.34 seconds. Well, to be honest, this is quite a step-up from the already available handsets in the market that uses the same technology inside their flagships.

The new all-new Thunder Purple color of the OnePlus 6T has got 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage, and a bigger battery. The device also comes with dual cameras, although the secondary doesn’t do much. Also, the handset runs on a UI called Hydrogen OS which is developed specifically for the Chinese market and lacks any Google services.

Since the handset is exclusive in China right now, we have only the domestic price of the phone – CNY3,599, which is around $520 or €460. We expect OnePlus to make the handset available soon around the other parts of the world.
