Nokia 6.1 Plus launched in India for Rs. 15,999

    Nokia 6.1 mobile has officially launched in India today. HMD Global, hosted a special event for the announcement, in New Delhi. That is for the first time in India that the company is offering a smartphone holding a modern design with a notch. The Nokia 6.1 plus is a rebrand version of the Nokia X6 from China. The handset is available from last month in Hong Kong, and now you can buy one in India.

    The Nokia 6.1 is priced well in India. At Rs. 15,999, this is the best-looking smartphone in the market. The handset will be available via both Flipkart and Nokia online store from August 30.     The Nokia 6.1 plus is a dual sim smartphone. It powers a large 5.8-inch full-HD+ display with a 19:9 aspect ratio. That means it comes with a notch and the Display comes with a 2.5D Gorilla Glass 3 for protection. Under the hood, we’ve got an Octa-core CPU powered by Qualcomm. This CPU is none other than the Snapdragon 636, coupled with 4Gigs of RAM. There is also an inbuilt 64Gigs of storage that is expandable via microSD card slot. Besides all that, we have a 3060mAH battery to power all these things up. An 18W charger will deliver up to 50 percent of charge in 30 minutes, thanks to Quick Charge 3.0. For the biometrics, we’ve got a regular fingerprint scanner at the back and as well a facial unlock feature.

    The Nokia 6.1 Plus comes with a dual camera setup on the rear. The primary camera is a 16MP shooter, and the pairing sensor is a 5MP monochrome sensor, sporting a f/2.0 aperture and 1-micron pixels. The Selfie shooter on this smartphone has to offer a 16MP camera with the same f/2.0 aperture and 1-micron pixels. Nokia has to offer their unique Bothie feature to utilize both front and rear cameras simultaneously. Nokia further grants AI features to boost the colors and accuracy with AI-scene detection.


    For connectivity, the Nokia 6.1 Plus include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi ac, a 3.5mm headphone jack and GPS/ A- GPS integration to it. The Nokia 6.1 plus supports a USB Type-C port, and weighs 151grams.
