Motorola P40 reveals punch hole camera in leaked images


Motorola makes one of the most affordable Android mid-rangers in the smartphones market. The Motorola P30 or the Motorola Android One smartphone is no exception over here. The handset comes with stock Android experience with two years of guaranteed updates.

Today, we’ve got to see some exceptional leaks of the next iteration of the smartphone. The handset will be known to be the Moto P40 in some of the regions. It will be interesting to see the naming scheme of the second iteration of Motorola One power for the global markets. The new leaks about this handset are courtesy of 91mobiles and OnLeaks.

With the upcoming smartphone from Motorola, it seems that the company is steering towards the right direction. The handset is likely to get a punch hole display joining the Galaxy A8s, Honor V20 and the Huawei nova 4. The handset will also feature a whopping 6.2” screen with tiny bezels from all sides. There is a tinny chin on the bottom with a Motorola logo. The smartphone will feature a fingerprint scanner on top of the Moto logo on the rear.

The Motorola P40 features a SIM tray on the left side. The Volume rocker buttons make their way to the right side. Thankfully, the handset will come along with a USB-C port on the bottom, next to the speaker grille. Above all, the handset has an audio jack on the top. The Motorola P40 will come along with a glass sandwich design. The edges on the rear panel taper around the corners to provide a comfortable grip for the users.

Our sources also provide us the size measurement of the device. The handset will measure 160.1 x 71.2 x 8.7 mm, with a large 10mm camera bump sticking out of the rear panel.
