Italian competition Authority has recently fined Apple and Samsung for intentionally slowing down phones. Well, Huawei takes advantage of the moment and trolls the two brands in its recent tweet.
We would never slow our phones down to force an upgrade. We're proud our new #HuaweiMate20Pro is #BornFastStaysFast – just like every other phone in our range. #NeverSlowDown Learn more now > https://t.co/Fn1ADt5VBW pic.twitter.com/AJihfosqAM

Note that this is not the first time that the company is doing so. Besides that, Huawei in the Mate-20 series keynote, compared how its flagship phone’s speed fares against Samsung’s Galaxy Note9 and the iPhone XS Max over time. Interestingly we don’t understand that how did the company manage to calculate the Note9’s speed deterioration over the course of nine months. I mean that the handset was out in the market in August.
Also, the company is using the hashtags #BornFastStaysFast and #NeverSlowDown to promote its Mate 20 lineup.
