We are getting closer to the launch date of the Huawei nova 4. While the handset will go official on December 17, the handset gets photographed in the wild. Also, this is the first time we are seeing the smartphone from the back. Well, it looks almost identical to the Huawei P20 Pro.

Although the overall bezels around the sides and the top seem to be fairly minimal, there’s a bit of a chin at the bottom. Also, the status bar has been aligned to the right, to keep it away from the selfie camera.

Of course, we were expecting an in-display fingerprint reader in Nova 4, but the handset will come with a classic fingerprint reader on the back. The rear of the smartphone will house a triple lens camera. Sadly, the complete specifications on the camera are still unknown to us.

Note that, Lenovo will unveil the Z5s with an in-display selfie camera tomorrow. Also, Samsung will launch the Galaxy A8s on December 10 with a similar concept.

We expect the Nova 4 to arrive with the flagship Kirin 980 chipset. We believe that the Nova 4 will have a significant advantage over the Galaxy 8s in terms of the internal hardware choice.
