The screens on the Huawei Mate 20 Pro are surely going through some troubles. But, hey there is one Chinese website that reveals the internals on the Huawei Mate 20 Pro. Well, I mean the engineers working on this website disassemble the whole device and take photos of each step to give us a look at it. The article provides the teardown guide but says nothing about the difficulty level.
The Huawei Mate 20 comes along with water and dust resistance, and so the steps involve a lot of unscrewing, prying up and ungluing. Also, there are a number of red seal water indicators on the handset. Some of the water indicator labels are present behind the SIM and NM card slots.
Interestingly, the 4,200 mAH battery on the Huawei Mate 20 Pro comes from, Huizhou Desay Battery Co., the RAM is made by Samsung, and the loudspeaker comes from AAC. Finally, the OLED panels are BOE-made OLED panels, while there are others that come from LG’s factories.
