Honor Magic 2 is an amazing smartphone with a high-end Kirin 980 chipset and a mechanical slider design. The handset comes along with 84.8% screen-to-body ratio that enables an almost entirely bezel-less look on the front.

Interestingly, the software on the Honor Magic 2 is now getting an update to Magic UI 2.0. The handset comes along with the EMUI software out of the box, so seeing such an update was a surprise. Also, the new update will prompt you to install software version (C00E129R1P18).

The Magic UI 2.0 will bring the next-generation AI-powered system on the Honor Magic 2. Well, this is the first time we’ve got to see Honor departing from its Father brand Huawei. The new interface on the Magic 2 has a new Color scheme, new icons, fonts, AI capabilities, and the YoYo smart assistant. The November 2018 security patches from Google are also built into the update, which will require a 214MB download.
