Honor 8C launched in India for INR11,999


After announcing the Huawei Mate 20 Pro in India, Huawei brings the Honor 8C in the Indian markets. You can pre-order now on Amazon India and Honor’s online store, with shipments to embark on December 10.

The Honor 8C is available in two different configurations in India. While the 4 /32 GB configuration of the handset costs INR11,999, the 4/64GB variant sets you back at NR12,999. You can pre-order the handset in Aurora Blue and Midnight Black colors.

Well, for this money you’re getting a 6.26-inches IPS LCD with 720 x 1,520px resolution. Further, the smartphone has a notch, and the screen covers 86.6% of the front surface. The smartphone runs on Snapdragon 632 SoC, and there is a massive 4,000mAh battery to keep the handset alive.

Speaking of the optics on this smartphone, it offers a dual camera arrangement. The primary camera sensor is a 13MP camera sensor with a bright f/1.8 aperture, and the pairing sensor is a 2MP depth sensing sensor. The dual camera setup on this handset can recognize over 500 scenes in 22 categories. Also, we have a single 8MP f/2.0 selfie camera on the front.

Honor 8C runs Android 8.1 with EMUI 8.2 out of the box and unlike the Chinese variant, this phone will come with Google services.
