Android is now completing its ten years of existence. For this, Google is now celebrating to commemorate the occasion. Well, Google has released out a family album that shows how the Android is growing up.

Interestingly, the album reminds us that the Android 1.0 didn’t even support the on-screen Keyboards. Well, the Android 1.5 Cupcake enabled a lot of features missing in the android. Soon, the smartphones with a physical keyboard died off.

Also, you can see that how did the Google Assistant is evolving since its Donut Days. At the time of Android 1.6 Donut, the only option available was the Quick Search Box. After that, the Assistant got its first voice actions in Froyo. Finally, the Google now got available with Jelly Bean. The KitKat 4.4 brought us the “OK Google” functionality. And finally, the Now on Tap feature was available on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
