Samsung is busy reviving its mid-range smartphone market around the world. The company is about to replace the J-series and On-series of midrange smartphones with the M-series. We are already learning about the M10, M20, and M30 from the leaks and rumors. We know the in-detail specifications of the Galaxy M20 from the FCC certifications, and now we have got the first ever live image of the phone.
The photographs show the Galaxy M20 from the front. One can certainly recognize the display as the Samsung’s Infinity-V notch panel. Well, it’s the same design we’ve got to see on the OnePlus smartphones. The smartphone may include a breathing LED strip surrounding the notch. Well, this will light up every time you unlock the phone.
Samsung is pushing the bezels on the Galaxy M20 even slimmer than the Galaxy Note9. It’s a good achievement for the mid-range series smartphones from the company. A photograph shows the screen glass of the M20, and it gives us a better idea of the looks on the front of the handset.
Samsung Galaxy M20 Specifications
The Galaxy M20 will get decent specifications overall. The handset will feature a 6.13-inch display with a water drop notch. We expect the notch to bear an 8 MP selfie cam. The rear camera on the smartphone will be a combination of 12+5MP dual camera setup. Under the hood, the handset will pack Samsung’s Exynos 7885 chipset or Exynos 7904 SoC. The Galaxy M20 will come in 3GB of RAM as a standard along with either 32GB or 64GB of internal storage.
Samsung will implement Bluetooth 5.0, and there will exist 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi support. The Samsung Galaxy M20 will measure 156.4 x 74.5 x 8.8 mm. The specs sheet shows a Li-Po battery with model number EB-BG580ABN. Well, this is a muscular 5,000 mAh cell, and we’ve seen the battery past in leaks.
