Apple Plans to launch red iPhone XS and XS Max in China

Apple is not doing well with sales in China. With steep prices for its latest iPhones in the country, it’s one of the worst selling Apple products in the country. To drive the sales in the country, Apple is gearing up to bring the red color iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max in China. The phones will go official in China by the end of this month, and they will divert the attention from the latest Galaxy S10+.

The PRODUCT RED iPhones never carry branding in China. Instead, these will be the standard variants like the red color iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 devices. Even more, the official name of the color variant for the XS and XS Max will be China Red. The company will not change the pricing on these iPhones. We expect similar prices to the conventional Space Gray, Silver and Gold color.

The information comes from a tipster in Apple Supply Chain, and there’s nothing final. The idea behind the Red iPhones seems plausible as a cycle refresh from Apple. Also, Apple wants to catch the attention at the time of the latest Samsung Galaxy Phones. Well, it may help Apple to steal sales from Samsung.
