Google’s latest Android version is the Android Pie. While the stable version of Android Pie is in existence from the last three months, the graphs still don’t show it’s existence on Android phones. In comparison, the Android Oreo numbers are constantly increasing, while the Nougat numbers are falling.
Interestingly, the Oreo numbers are rising from the new Android Oreo mid-range smartphones in the market. Also, the OEM brands are now updating their Nougat devices to Oreo. One can note that all the Android phone these days are releasing officially with Android 8.0 or Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. The old version of Android such as Lollipop, Marshmallow, KitKat and Jelly Bean holds the same percentage with negligible share decrease.
Note that the Android shares with less than 0.1% share do not make up for the final data.
