Yesterday, we were talking about the right choice of pricing on the Xiaomi Mi 9. It seems that the company wants to price the phone aggressively to compete with its competitors. A new promo poster in leaks shows us the pricing of the Mi 9 in China. Well, the entry-level variant of the Mi 9 will start at CNY 3,499, which right now translates into about $516 or €458. Even more, there’s a transparent version that will set back at CNY 5,999 ($885 or €785).
The Mi 9 costs more than its predecessor that started at CNY 2,699 ($398 or €353). But, we think that the hike in price will bring wonders from Xiaomi. Anyways, don’t forget the Snapdragon 855 SoC running on the Mi 9 along with a 48 MP main snapper.
Even more, the Mi 9 will bear the least bezels in any Android phone in the market right now. The bezels will measure 3.6mm in thickness, and it may beat the Galaxy S10+, as well. Moreover, the Mi 9 will be the first phone by the company that will bear three cameras on the rear.
The only thing that excites us more than Samsung on a Xiaomi phone is a Chin that is smaller than any other Android Flagship phone. What do you think about this advancement from Xiaomi? Do you like the design of the phone? Was I wring with not so appealing look on the Mi 9? Do Let us know in the comments section below.
