Fitness bands are becoming common these days, and Withings has just announced its all-new Pulse HR. Well, this is an upgrade to the 2013 smartband, and it is now up for pre-orders. You can find it on Withings.com and Amazon, and it will set you back at $130/€130/£120.

The PPG heart rate sensor on this fitness band will track your health, and it can automatically detect and track 10 different activities. Sadly, the band has no inbuilt GPS, but it can borrow the GPS on your smartphone to track your runs. Also, the smartphone comes along with the 5ATM rating, so swimming with the band is no issue.

The Withing Fitness band is compatible with iOS and as well as Android smartphones. Well, it can display all your smartphone notifications, and also it can track your Sleep. The Smart Wake-Up feature along with Sleep tracking is useful to adjust your sleeping habits.

Note that the fitness band will last you two days on a charge. While the band takes one hour to charge up to 80%, the full charge cycle completes in a complete two hours. Also, case around the band comes with 316L stainless steel with a hardened polycarbonate. It comes with a silicone wristband.
