The Huawei P Smart (2019) goes official in France. The handset is now available on a French retailer Boulanger. Soon after the news, the page was taken down, and no information is available on Huawei.com.

The smartphone follows the trends of the 2019 and features a teardrop notch display that measures 6.2” diagonally. Well, it is an FHD+ panel and offers a tall 19:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, there is a Kirin 710 SoC, and the smartphone is available in 3/64GB configuration only. The storage is upgradeable via microSD cards thanks to the hybrid dual SIM slot.

On the rear of the Huawei P smart, there is a dual camera set up along with a fingerprint reader to unlock the handset. The camera is a 13+2MP setup, and the selfie camera carries an 8MP camera. The P Smart (2019) is available in a gradient Blue color and the camera specs are same as the original P Smart from last year.

Above all, the handset runs on Android 9 Pie with EMUI on top of it. The smartphone has a 3,400mAH battery, and it charges over the micro USB port. There’s also a 3.5mm headphone jack and FM radio.

Once available, you can pre-order the handset at €250. The handset will embark its shipment on January 2 next year. The P Smart+ goes for €300 in the same store (4/64GB).
