LG makes one of the best cameras for the flagship smartphones. But, the cameras on the LG G7 ThinQ’s didn’t do a very good job. Well, the cameras are just ever so slightly better then the Last year’s V30 flagship from the company. Now, according to the DxOMark’s testing, the handset ranks 83 points on photo section and 79 Points on video recording. So, overall it creates a score of 83, and this is just one point ahead of the LG V30. Also, the camera is on par with Sony’s Xperia Xz from last year.

LG G7 ThinQ Scores low on DxO at just 83 Scores

As a conclusion the AI algorithms on the G7 ThinQ’s camera is inconsistent. And, it needs far more improvements than the already available flagships in the market. Well, the exposures and the vividness appears to be good while taking still photos and recording videos. But, the lack of dynamic range and dull low-light shot ends up in a low DxO score. The autofocus on the camera is consistent and accurate, but it takes some time to adjust.
