Huawei will soon launch the Honor 8A on January 8 in the middle of CES taking place in Las Vegas. Today, we’ve got a few details of the handset by courtesy of Droud Shout. The new renders of the smartphone show up in blue and black colors.

Speaking of the specifications on the handset, it will have a 6.09-inch HD+ IPS LCD with a teardrop notch. Under the hood is a MediaTek Helio P35 clocked at 2.3GHz octa-core chipset along with 3GB of RAM. The handset will get available in either 32GB or 64GB of ROM. For optics, the Honor 8A will bear a 13MP primary camera, while there is an 8MP selfie shooter at front.
The handset will feature EMUI 9 on top on top of Android 9 Pie, and there exists a massive 3,050 mAh battery. Also, the handset will feature dual-SIM support, and the memory on the phone is expandable up to an additional 256GB.
The optics on the Honor 8A includes an 8MP camera sensor with an f/1.8 aperture with phase-detection autofocus capable of recording up to 1080p @ 30fps.
