Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 6 Pro is not yet official, and a retailer is already selling the smartphone on AliExpress. The retailer lists full specs, images, and pricing on the handset. This Global version of the handset is said to support over 70 languages and comes with Google services and OTA updates.
Further, the retailer lists the handset with a Snapdragon 63 chipset. This one contradicts with some reports that suggested a Snapdragon 660 SoC. Now, the retailer is selling the 3GB/32GB variant online, and Yes, the handset comes with microSD card support. Rest, the screen on Redmi Note 6 Pro is a 6.36-inches screen with a wide notch. Besides, the specs show a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels (it should be 2280 x 1080 if the ratio is 19:9), making us suspect if the listing is entirely legit.
The smartphone will come with four cameras, with two cameras at back and two at the front. The dual cameras on the back will be a 12+5MP setup, while the selfie shooter will be a 20+2MP combination. The OS is Android Oreo with MIUI 9 on top, and a 4,000 mAh battery cell, sadly with a micro USB port. The handset will run on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box with MIUI 9 on top of it.
For €171/$200 Xiaomi will sell this smartphone in Black, Blue, Rose Gold, and Red color options.
