Xda-developers is a core place for the Android developers. And, a lot of investigations regarding smartphone’s firmware are done on this platform. Now, the latest investigation is done on the Android 9.0 Pie update coming with the Samsung Experience 10 UI for the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+. As the conclusion now we know that there will be four Galaxy S10 models and an additional one with codename “Winner.”
Now, this is no secret that Samsung will soon launch industries first commercial foldable smartphone. Further, now we know that the smartphone will go official before the end of 2018. So, it is logical to assume, that Samsung is now ramping up the things by developing the software for this handset.
The “_us” suffix on the file’s name hints that the US market may get this handset first. For, now it is difficult to say that the foldable Galaxy Winner will make it to the international scene. Further, the $2,000 price tag of the device hints at limited market availability.
Lastly, the Galaxy S10 is now under the testing phase with Qualcomm’s upcoming flagship chip called Snapdragon 8150. Qualcomm is once again changing its naming scheme, so the Snapdragon 8150 inside S10 is same as the SD 850 chipset. We assume that the Galaxy S10 will support the X50 modem supporting the new 5G network. And, it will come with an in-display finger print reader.
